The Project includes a feasibility report relating to the existing mechanical and plumbing infrastructure.  The findings from that report will become the basis for the proposed mechanical and plumbing systems for the Phase I Guestroom Tower with 68 keys.

Egan | Simon architecture

Hellman & Lober is partnering with Egan | Simon architecture to stir up a batch of cookies! Well not in the traditional sense. This cannabis retail store will be the third Cookies store in Los Angeles County and also unique as it will be LEED Silver certified.  Currently in the design phase starting construction June 2022.

Sand & Surf Resort Hotel

The Hotel property was designed and operated as a non-air-conditioned resort providing only electric heating for the guest suites.  The proposed mechanical infrastructure will be water-cooled Variable Refrigerant Flow heating and cooling fan coil units. Learn More.

AXIS/GFA Architecture + Design

This project was designed in 2014 and shelved until now 2022. The challenge will be to re-certify California Administration Code Title 24 from 2015 to the current 2020 Code and respecting the more stringent requirements.
