2023 has been a transitional year with the association of Jo A. Rayner, P.E. President of Vector Engineering Group to provide Mechanical Electrical, and Plumbing Engineering consulting services. While we have had a long relationship with Vector Engineering Group, both Jo A. Rayner and Stephen Hellman concluded that associating our expertise would provide our clients with seamless, conservative engineering design approaches, and coordinated MEP engineering, resulting in higher-quality contract engineering services.
