Affordable housing for single mothers that includes a St. Anne’s Child Center on the ground level. The infrastructure includes VRF fan coil units in each unit providing simultaneous heating and cooling that includes filtered outside air ducted to the fan coil unit, ducted bathroom exhaust, ducted cooking hood exhaust and a thermal solar system for the domestic hot water system.
