Public spaces include a central Laundry. The mechanical systems include vertical packaged heat pumps with split heat pumps scheduled for the public spaces. Both the guestroom toilet exhaust and the kitchen range hood exhaust are routed to the roof independent of each other.
Dedicated make-up air was detailed with split heat pumps located in the corridor of each floor and are ducted to each guestroom and is the outside air source for the public spaces.
