August 2020... are we all better a year later?
The last 17 months have been like nothing we as a society have ever experienced. Many developers are carefully considering advancing with projects. Concerns include the economy's stability, rising inflationary costs, availability of raw and manufactured products, and the extraordinary social environment suppressing current economic growth, but we have been optimistic!
544 Pacific Avenue Select Hotel was in the Entitlement Phase when AXIS / GFA Architecture + Design requested a Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineering Scope and Fee Proposal in June 2018. We partnered with AYK Group, Inc. for Electrical Engineering.
April 2021, gratefully to AXIS / GFA Architecture + Design and the Developer AJ Khair to start the Schematic Design Phase of the Marriott Tribute Portfolio Hotel at 544 Pacific Avenue – San Pedro. We are very excited to be involved with this extraordinary Project.
Hellman & Lober is proud to be part of the Rise Affordable Housing project. Located in downtown Los Angeles (near the USC campus) this extraordinary project will house our most cherished American's (veterans) who have suffered through homelessness and are continuing to work through severe health issues.
